The first runner up was Gloria Martinez from Spain and Amanda Gordon from Jamaica was 2nd runner up. Completing the top 5 were delegates from China and Ethiopia.
The top 15 have been elected by the international judges in groups of 3 winners from each continent. Then, the best elected by the judges from each continent made up the top 5 finalists.
