Dalia Fernandez was crowned Miss Dominican Republic Universe 2011 on March 8th at the Renaissance auditorium of the Jaragua Hotel in Santo Domingo.
She is 21 years old, stands 1.73 m tall, will compete in Miss Universe 2011 pageant in Sao Paulo, Brazil, next September.
