23-year old Olga Alava from Ecuador was crowned Miss Earth 2011 in an event held at the UP Theater in Manila, Philippines. Miss Earth - Air 2011 went to Miss Brazil (Driely Bennettone), Miss Earth - Water 2011 was Miss Philippines (Athena Imperial) and Miss Earth - Fire 2011 was Miss Venezuela (Caroline Medina).
Completing the top 8 were contestants from Mexico, Crimea, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Zimbabwe.
Top 16 were beauties from Chinese Taipei, Sweden, Paraguay, Thailand, Portugal, Japan, Ukraine and Slovenia.
Special awards: Miss Photogenic went to Miss Chinese Taipei (voted by the fans through Miss Earth website and official FB page), Miss Friendship went to Miss Pakistan, Best in National Costume went to Miss Japan, Best in Swimsuit was awarded to Miss Czech Republic and Best in Evening Gown was given to Miss Mexico.
